What are the steps in the manufacturing process for aluminum profiles?
There are many types of profiles, aluminum profiles, industrial profiles, etc. I believe that everyone has an understanding of industrial profiles, so today it is not aimed at it, but about aluminum profiles, mainly to explain its manufacturing process, we can also look at it while watching Ordinary profiles.
    Casting
Ingredients: It is based on the specific alloy grades to calculate the amount of addition of various alloy components, so as to make a reasonable mix of various raw materials.
Smelting: After the raw materials are prepared, they are placed in a melting furnace for melting according to the process requirements. At the same time, the impurities and gases in the melt are effectively removed by means of degassing, slag removal and refining, and there is no residue.
Casting: The molten aluminum liquid is formed into a round cast rod of various specifications through a certain casting process, such as deep well casting, cooling casting, and the like.
    2. Extrusion
Firstly, according to the product section design and the mold, the heated round casting rod is extruded through the mold through an extruder, and at the same time, air-cooling and quenching is performed to complete the heat treatment strengthening process. For the heat treatment of different grades of alloys, the heat treatment regulations are different.
12, has good thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, outstanding performance in short-distance transmission. Panel aluminum is a common material in social production. It has a wide range of applications in aviation, construction, condensers, auto parts, and other industries. Its excellent performance and numerous advantages are favored in the vast industry. The aluminum alloys that are distinct in China are divided into several major categories. However, some aluminum products still need to rely on imports to meet the requirements of domestic production.
3. Coloring
Mainly oxidation, mainly to increase the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and aesthetics of aluminum alloys, including:
Surface pretreatment: It is the use of chemical or physical methods to clean the surface of the profile so that it is exposed to the substrate, which is beneficial to the subsequent process.
Anodizing: Under certain process conditions, the surface of the substrate is anodized to form a porous but dense oxide film layer.
Sealing: Sealing the pores on the oxide film layer to enhance the performance of the oxide film and prevent contamination. By sealing the holes, the profiles can be displayed in different colors to enrich the color of the profiles.
